But how do you make them go up the spiral? Looks like a vibration but it doesn't seem right. Even if the spiral is vibrating I would expect the pieces to go down the spiral, not up. Fascinating!
There are electro magnets below and spring plates which generate and transfer the vibrations which push the parts forward

Better to buy the coil rather than developing it. We have a range of options
in this case , are the two pins of the same size or the vibratory bowl can separate two different sizes for example the length
It's same size, different lengths but fed one at a time

Depends upon the difference in the lengths of the two pins. Depending upon the difference, it should be possible

What's the cause of excessive vibrating noise ? ( broken springs perhaps?)
Broken springs is one reason, another more important is loose tooling, in case tooling is screwed on the bowl, thirdly, check the gap between coil and magnet. If it is less than recommended, it will create a lot of noise.

Actually, no. Depending on the type of fuel enrichment, it only has 5% of usable uranium on it. Both two types of uranium on this pellets are found in nature, and has no significant radioactivity. But inside the reactor, new elements are generated due to the fission reaction, and this means very harmful elements, not only by its ionizing radiation, but due to element toxicity, so that`s when it gets dangerous. Note that, by no significant radiation i mean in brief exposures. You wont have one of these laying arround all the time and be safe with that. That is one of the reasons this personal are always with dosimeters. This points how much radiation they are taking over time, and when it reaches the limit of safety, they go on a break from work, and we are talking about a 1 to 1 year ratio (not sure, may be wrong).
